The Iconic Chef. Forged by hammer and hand. 80CRV2 carbon steel. Thin and flat ground. Dressed in beautiful vintage linen micarta and ironwood. This is my most frequently made knife, one that I believe showcases my style and knowledge of knives. Perfect for any task you will encounter in the kitchen. Comes with a padded zipper case, and our wax protectant.
Choose either a medium or full size chef’s knife, then select your finish, satin hand sanded or acid stonewash. Finally choose either a more economical piece of ironwood, or ironwood burl. I hand pick all my ironwood so even if you wish to go the economical route, you can be sure you are still getting a beautiful piece of wood.
IMPORTANT: The knife you see here will vary from the knife you receive. Every knife is different, and the photos are here to give you an idea of what you are getting. Each handle is different because no two blocks of wood are the same. Materials, style, and shape of the knife will all be the same.
